Untracked shipping is sent via Australia Post via the mail system and are not guaranteed or insured.

Tracked
Orders posted Tracked are registered. The level of tracking can vary depending on the destination of the package. If you require insurance please contact me to arrange. These are posted with Australia Post.




Returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your purchased items. We will replace any items that are damaged in shipping or faulty

We will also exchange any items that have been ordered incorrectly (buyer to pay shipping both ways).

We will not exchange used items, or items that have been misused or broken
